Description

• Provide technical 2nd/3rd line support to users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
• Assist in managing and implementing IT projects within the organisation.
• Maintain and update hardware, software, and network systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline technology processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations.
• Document technical processes and provide training to staff as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.

Profile

A successful IT & Project Support Engineer should have:

• A strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Intune / Entra ID
• Azure
• Office 365
• Active Directory
• Experience in managing technology-related projects effectively.
• Knowledge of IT compliance and data protection standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• A proactive approach to improving processes and systems.
• Relevant qualifications in technology or a related field.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £38,000 per annum.
• 5 days onsite - reducing to Hybrid after probation period
