IT Risk Assurance & Audit Manager
We're supporting a leading organisation in travel industry in hiring a IT Audit and Risk Assurance Manager. This role oversees IT audit activities, SOX assessment, and risk evaluation across the business. You'll work closely with senior management, shaping the audit plan, enhancing control environments, and ensuring effective governance over technology operations.

Description
- Lead and execute IT audit engagements evaluating control design, operating effectiveness, and alignment with best-practice frameworks.
- Oversee the annual IT SOX assessment, including planning, testing, reporting, and supporting remediation activities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across IT and the wider business to align audit scope with evolving risk areas.
- Prepare clear audit documentation and deliver audit findings to senior management and governance committees.
- Build strong working relationships with external auditors to support the integrated audit and ensure effective coordination.
- Contribute to annual IT risk assessments, shaping the internal audit plan and recommending changes based on emerging risks.
Profile
- Solid experience in IT audit, IT risk, or technology assurance, ideally within regulated or complex environments.
- Strong understanding of IT controls, IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001), and risk assessment.
- Experience with SOX ITGC testing and audit methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CIA are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical environments and propose practical solutions.
