- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems effectively.
- Maintain and update IT systems to ensure smooth operational functionality.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new technologies and equipment.
- Document and report technical issues and the steps taken to resolve them.
- Collaborate with other members of the Technology department to enhance system efficiency.

Profile
A successful IT Support professional should have:

Job Offer
- Daily rate of £160 to £200 a day inside IR35 paid in GBP.
