Infrastructure Manager

Description

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, encompassing cloud environments (Azure, AWS), physical servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems through monitoring and best practices.
  • Manage enterprise-level tools and systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.

Profile

A successful Infrastructure Manager should have:

  • Proven hands on experience in managing IT infrastructure in a professional setting across 3 sites UK wide
  • Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, and storage technologies.
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A relevant qualification in IT or related fields.

Job Offer
