Description

Profile
A successful Lead IT Specialist should have:
- A strong background in IT management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in managing and upgrading complex technology systems.
- Experience in implementing IT policies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership experience to guide and develop an IT team
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (technical certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Cybersecurity are a plus)
- experience in IT infrastructure, site/field support, or cybersecurity roles
- Strong knowledge of networking, Servers, storage, cloud technologies, and Microsoft environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and IT/OT integration
- Experience with automation platforms and low-code tools (eg, PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor and train users and junior IT staff
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support regional sites or events
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
