Description

  • Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the implementation and upgrade of technology infrastructure.

Profile

A successful Lead IT Specialist should have:

  • A strong background in IT management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in managing and upgrading complex technology systems.
  • Experience in implementing IT policies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership experience to guide and develop an IT team
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (technical certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Cybersecurity are a plus)
  • experience in IT infrastructure, site/field support, or cybersecurity roles
  • Strong knowledge of networking, Servers, storage, cloud technologies, and Microsoft environments
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and IT/OT integration
  • Experience with automation platforms and low-code tools (eg, PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to mentor and train users and junior IT staff
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support regional sites or events
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
