Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the integrated implementation plan.
- Coordinate activities across impacted teams and divisions
- Consolidate operational requirements into a single delivery plan.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate laboratory moves, equipment installation, and validation activities (lift-and-shift).
- Support the development of cost, resource, and implementation plans.
- Prepare governance papers and progress reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and track actions.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support Discovery Operations with other business-critical implementation activities, as priorities allow.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational planning and governance.
Profile
Experience Required
- Experience as a infrastructure / operational Project Manager in a healthcare/ life science setting
- Experience delivering lift-and-shift projects within a Life Sciences environment or in a similar sector.
- Experience managing and delivering complex operational change programmes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Offer
