Description
- Support strategic planning activities and contribute to key business initiatives across the EMEA region.
- Conduct market, industry, consumer, and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyse business performance data and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Respond to strategic and commercial business questions through structured research and analysis.
- Work across strategy, transformation, and business intelligence pillars to align priorities and support execution.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of smaller strategic programmes and initiatives.
- Develop presentations, reports, and business review materials for senior leadership.
- Support commercial operations processes, meetings, and governance activities.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across business processes and ways of working.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Profile
A successful PMO Analyst should have:
- 2-4 years' experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, programme management, or data & analytics.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Job Offer
- Competitive day rate of £350 to £500, dependent on the level of experience.
- 14-month contract in a London-based retail organisation.
