Description

• Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO) and project teams.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops, including scheduling and minute-taking.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns as needed.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of project management tools and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to promote efficient project delivery.

Profile

A successful PMO Support Analyst should have:

• Experience in supporting projects or programmes within the Local Government or Public Sector.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
