Pensions Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will gather requirements, improve business processes and help deliver change. The successful candidate must have strong Pensions experience and a proven background in transformation, business change and process improvement.

Description
- Understand current business processes, issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
- Create clear outputs such as process maps, user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Identify ways to simplify, standardise, automate, or improve processes.
- Work with business teams, technology teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Support transformation delivery from discovery through to testing, implementation, and adoption.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to agree requirements and decisions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing, defect management, and business sign-off.
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
- Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches where required.
Profile
A successful Business Analyst should have:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong background in Pensions
- Experience delivering transformation, change, or process improvement projects.
- Good understanding of operational processes, controls, risks, and data.
- Experience working with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance.
- Experience supporting projects through requirements, testing, implementation, and adoption.
Job Offer
- Salary between £50,000 and £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
