- Implement and manage data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems.
- Monitor and optimise data centre performance to meet operational goals.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of data centre systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

Profile
A successful Principal Data Centre Engineer should have:
- Strong technical expertise in data centre infrastructure and operations within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Virtualisation: Advanced skills in Nutanix platform deployment and optimisation.
- Windows Server Administration: Deep knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and services.
- Hybrid Cloud Integration: Experience in designing and managing hybrid environments leveraging Azure/AWS.
- Networking & Storage: Solid understanding of networking and storage technologies.
- Security & Compliance: Familiarity with ISO27001 and other relevant standards.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to communicate, collaborate, and guide across global
