Product Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join the team on an interim basis. This role is to support with defining the Product Vision and Roadmap, as well as creating and maintaining the Product Backlog. Prior experience as a Business or Product Analyst is required.

Description
- Interact with business partners and Operations team to define, analyse, prioritise business requirements.
- Perform impact assessment / gap analysis in order to convert business requirements into functional requirements.
- Work with internal technology partners and vendors to define functional solution designs that can be implemented within the project scope/timeline.
- Assist project manager to create approval request document for budget allocation.
- Create change request and or provide input for in-flight projects.
- Perform functional testing in development or QA environment.
- Create and maintain Vendors defects log for allocated projects.
- Additionally, assist business and QA test team with UAT results validation and clarification of requirements.
Profile
Knowledge & Experience:
· Strong Transaction Banking and Cash Management market knowledge.
· Familiar with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry
· 3+ years' experience as Business / Product Analyst
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriate, concise and accurate information.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, organisational awareness and people empathy.
· Fluency in written and spoken English.
· Ability to operate sensitively and effectively in a multicultural environment.
· Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
· The ability to operate with urgency and prioritise work accordingly.
