What You'll Do:

• Own project vision and delivery, working closely with business leaders to achieve key outcomes and benefits.
• Build, inspire, and manage dynamic project teams, resolving challenges and fostering innovation.
• Develop and control budgets, business cases, and benefits realisation plans.
• Ensure robust governance, clear communication, and seamless stakeholder alignment.
• Manage dependencies, resources, risks, and performance metrics to keep projects on track.
• Embed continuous improvement and best practices across the project lifecycle.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience leading complex projects from concept to completion.
• Strong collaboration skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, and financial controls.
• Data-driven mindset with a knack for strategic planning and execution.

Profile

• Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related; MBA or Master's in Strategy/Project Management preferred.
• 10+ years in project management or strategy roles, with consulting or corporate strategy experience a plus.
• Skilled in project methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum certifications a bonus).
• Proven track record delivering projects in Corporate, Retail, or Mixed-use sectors.
• Strong commercial and financial insight.
• Experienced in leading diverse teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic, analytical mindset.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Fluent in Business English; international experience is a plus.
