Description

• Analyse operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Assist in designing and implementing AI-driven and returns processes.
• Work closely with the technology team to ensure accurate interpretation of business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project deliverables with business goals.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Support testing phases by validating system functionalities against business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

Profile

Job Offer
