Senior 3rd line Support Engineer

A Senior 3rd line Support Engineer is required to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues whilst optimising systems performance in an industrial/manufacturing environment located in Leeds.

Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and hardware issues.
• Optimise systems for maximum speed and scalability.
• Perform system administration tasks in a diverse IT environment.
• Coordinate with the Technology team to design and execute infrastructure changes.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure IT needs are met.
• Proactively stay updated with latest industry trends and advancements.
• Ensure compliance with all IT policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Senior 3rd line Support Engineer should have:

• A degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in system troubleshooting and tech support.
• Solid understanding of software and hardware systems.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• A salary package around £50,000 + Bens
