Our client is a Global Law Firm and this role will be based out of their Liverpool office. We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer/Admin to join the team and this role is a twice a week in the office. This role is working in a team of 10 and you will be the dedicated in house ServiceNow Developer.

Description

• Be in house ServiceNow SME
• Work alongside partners when needed
• BAU issues
• Oversee the overall management and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead and support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Monitor platform performance and address any operational issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain documentation for platform processes and configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams as required.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Profile

Must haves:

• 3+ years ServiceNow experience
• Strong communication skills
