Technical Delivery Manager - ProcessUnity / TPRM Implementation

This VP-level role leads the technical delivery of ProcessUnity for Third Party Management, overseeing system implementation, integrations, and non-functional requirements. You'll coordinate IT governance, testing, and deployment, work with procurement, risk, compliance, and vendors, and ensure the solution meets regulatory, security, and operational standards across the organisation.

Description

  • Lead the technical implementation of ProcessUnity and ensure alignment with procurement and TPM workflows
  • Analyse, challenge, and define technical and non-functional requirements, producing detailed TRDs or equivalent
  • Coordinate IT governance, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Oversee integrations between ProcessUnity and other enterprise systems (e.g., Coupa, SNOW)
  • Act as a central point of communication for Procurement, Risk, Compliance, IT, and vendor teams
  • Manage project updates, reporting, and senior stakeholder communications
  • Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance related to third-party risk and data governance

Profile

A successful Technical Delivery Manager should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business/systems analysis within banking, procurement, or third-party risk
  • Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations (ProcessUnity or similar GRC/TPRM tools ideal)
  • Strong understanding of non-functional and technical requirements (performance, security, scalability)
  • Experience in integration design, APIs, interface specifications, and data mapping
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with vendor risk frameworks, procurement lifecycle, and regulatory standards (e.g., ECB, GDPR)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GRC platforms and TPM workflows
  • Knowledge of ProcessUnity configuration and workflow automation
  • Understanding of procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, SAP)
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL
  • Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Advanced certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CTPRA) advantageous

Job Offer
