Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site POS hardware and software rollouts
  • Drive transformation across menu systems, data architecture, and in-store infrastructure
  • Define and manage programme scope, objectives, and value stream outcomes
  • Oversee pilots, phased deployment, cutover and early life support
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
  • Operate within hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery frameworks
  • Provide strong governance, reporting, financial tracking, and RAID management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, partners, and field operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Deliver concise communications and presentations at all seniority levels

Profile

A successful Technical Programme Manager should have:

  • 10+ years leading large-scale technology programmes in retail, hospitality, QSR or similar
  • Expertise in POS, payments, in-store systems, and software/hardware integration
  • Proven success delivering major rollouts in live trading environments
  • Experience managing multi-wave deployment across geographically dispersed sites
  • Strong vendor and contract management capabilities
  • Skilled in navigating complex matrix organisations
  • Strong governance, PMO discipline, and financial oversight
  • Proficient with Jira, Monday.com, and hybrid delivery methods
  • Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities

Job Offer
