Description

An experienced Transformation Business Analyst is required to support the delivery of a large and complex transformation portfolio. Working across multiple change initiatives, you will lead business analysis activities from problem definition through to solution implementation.

Responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping and redesigning business processes, developing target operating models, producing business cases, supporting solution design and testing activities, and ensuring benefits are realised.

You will work closely with operational teams, programme leaders and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, drive service transformation and develop sustainable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

In addition, you will contribute to the development of business analysis capability by promoting best practice, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across transformation programmes.

Profile

  • Extensive experience delivering business analysis within complex project and programme environments.
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping, process redesign and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience developing Target Operating Models (TOMs) and supporting organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to produce business cases and contribute to benefits realisation activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and requirements gathering capabilities.
  • Confidence working independently and managing ambiguity within fast-paced environments.
  • Sound understanding of business analysis frameworks, techniques and best practices.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues while promoting knowledge sharing.
  • A recognised Business Analysis qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
