  • Oversee and optimise global Workday processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related queries and issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and training materials are maintained for Workday processes.
  • Support system updates and ensure seamless integration with other technology platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for Workday usage.
  • Coordinate with global teams to align Workday processes across all locations.

Profile

A successful Workday Global Process Controller should have:
