Commercial Lawyer, Fixed-Term Contract

Globally integrated financial institution, this organization offers comprehensive banking services across corporate, investment, and structured finance. Job Description- Review, draft, and negotiate ICT services contracts, including infrastructure, cloud, services, and solutions, suppliers, vendors, and intra-group.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance across the organisation including DORA and outsourcing
- Maintaining master agreements, checklists, and playbooks as needed
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
The successful Counsel should have:
- The ability to work as a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales without sponsorship
- Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, especially within IT / procurement
- Experience within the financial services or FinTech environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
