Job Description
  • Advising on ICT procurement, outsourcing, cloud/SaaS, and e-commerce contracts
  • Managing data protection compliance, data sharing, transfers, and information security
  • Handling IP protection, licensing, brand and trade mark matters
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Supporting business development and delivering client training
The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Solicitor should have:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 1-3 years PQE, confident managing their own caseload
  • Skilled in commercial contracts, data protection, IP, and technology law
  • Excellent communicator with clear, jargon-free advice
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
