Job DescriptionThis newly created role is a strategic appointment designed to support the development of internal practice capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery and managing client relationships for a specific portfolio of client, but should have experience of the full engagement lifecycle from initial proposal through to closure/extension. While supported by a dedicated internal team, the individual will be expected to shape and grow delivery capabilities within their domain.
The Responsibilities- Lead consultancy delivery and post-engagement management
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and identifying opportunities for growth
 - Provide subject matter expertise in Data and Data Strategy, with broader business and technology consulting experience considered advantageous
 - Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans, ensuring quality, commercial rigour and stakeholder alignment
 - Collaborate with internal teams to evolve practice capabilities and delivery models
 - Manage invoicing, forecasting and commercial tracking across client engagements
 - Advise clients on emerging trends and innovations relevant to their sector
 - Contribute to the development of practice assets, thought leadership and internal enablement
 
- Proven Manager level consultancy experience within medium to large-scale consultancies
 - Demonstrated ability to manage engagements across the full lifecycle including internal practice resources and deployed associate consultants
 - Domain expertise in Data and Data Strategy, with wider functional consulting experience desirable
 - Commercially astute, with experience in forecasting, invoicing and opportunity management
 - Comfortable working in a small, agile team with high levels of autonomy
 - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 - Strategic mindset with the ability to shape and grow practice capabilities
 
- A competitive salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role does not carry immediate sales targets, it does come with discretionary bonus rewards. There is future potential for progression into client origination, future sales-based rewards and subject matter leadership within the Data practice.
