IP Solicitor 1-2 PQE

The IP & Commercial team is highly ranked and works on cutting-edge matters across digital, life sciences, and consumer sectors. • Drafting and negotiating IP-rich commercial agreements (e.g. licensing, SaaS, R&D, collaboration)
• Advising on IP strategy, brand protection, and commercialisation
• Supporting corporate transactions with IP due diligence
• Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, tech, and regulatory teams

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-2 years PQE
• Experience in commercial IP law, ideally from a City or international firm
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Available to start at short notice
