Job DescriptionPeople Operations
- Oversee HR operations across global offices, supporting the HR Administrator and in-house Recruiter.
- Foster a unified, values-driven culture across international teams.
- Design and deliver training and employee engagement programs.
- Partner with local advisers to ensure HR compliance, contracts, and documentation meet regional standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- Support Development and Technical Teams in offshore offices to ensure delivery quality and accountability.
- Coordinate internal operational programs including:
- New office launches
- Remote workforce tooling
- Policy and compliance rollouts
- Collaborate across sales, operations, tech, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.
- Assist project managers with resource planning, communication, and delivery tracking.
- Partner with department heads to align people needs with operational goals.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, with measurable outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
- Support team scaling into new markets, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
- Ensure HR and operational policies comply with local legislation, with input from legal and advisory retainers.
- Review client contracts for compliance and consistency; implement updates with legal support.
- Champion company values globally, ensuring behaviours and policies reflect a consistent ethos.
- 5 years of experience across HR, people operations, and operational delivery.
- Proven success supporting offshore or international teams and happy to be flexible with diary management for this.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and contract law (with external legal support).
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, and organisational skills.
- Commercial acumen from tech, events, or service industries.
- Hands-on, approachable style with a bias for action.
- Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits.
