Description

The key responsibilities for the Bid Writer - Hybrid Working - Tech Sector role will include:

• Prepare and write high-quality bids, proposals, and tender documents tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
• Ensure all bids and proposals align with company standards and brand guidelines.
• Conduct research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Manage the bid process from initial request to final submission, adhering to deadlines.
• Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain a library of standardised bid content for future use.
• Contribute to post-bid reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Profile

For the Bid Writer - Hybrid Working - Tech Sector position, applicants should have:

* Proven experience in bid writing or management role.
* Experience within technology, IT , Saas, or related industry is highly desirable.
* A track record of working on bid submissions for both public sector, and private sector customers is beneficial.
* Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
* Knowledge of bid processes and requirements in the sales department.
* A proactive and organised approach to work.
* Able to work from an office in South Manchester 3 days per week.
