Build Programme Coordinator - Dunstable
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of site builds at company locations.
- Act as a vital link between departments (Sales, Marketing, Property, Operations, Finance) to maintain clear communication and alignment.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, risks, budgets, and resource needs, and provide updates to senior management.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices across the team.
- Ensure operational readiness by coordinating with lounge managers and teams.
Profile
Build Programme Coordinator - Dunstable
Necessary Expereinces:
- Experience in construction project coordination or management, preferably in high-value build projects.
- Familiarity with CDM regulations and JCT contracts.
- Understanding of health and safety legislation and construction best practices.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to travel regularly.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
