Description

  • Conduct in-depth GAP analysis and assessments to ensure GDPR compliance across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data protection risks and gaps.
  • Assist in implementing GDPR-related policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Document and maintain records of data processing activities and compliance measures.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving data protection practices.
  • Support the development and delivery of GDPR training materials for internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on GDPR compliance progress and key metrics.
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure systems and tools align with GDPR requirements.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst (GDPR) should have:

  • Strong knowledge of GDPR regulations and their application in the Legal sector.
  • Proven experience in a business analysis role, particularly in compliance or data protection projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and creating reports.
  • Full Understanding of data protection rules and requirements
