Description
- Analyse and document existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support the implementation of system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Create and author User Stories for the Digital and Development teams.
- Conduct testing and validation of new systems or system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Work closely with the technology team to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
Profile
A successful Business Change and Systems Analyst should have:
- Experience in analysing and improving business processes and systems.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Writing User Stories.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and creating clear specifications.
- Knowledge of system testing and validation techniques.
- A background in the retail industry is beneficial.
- Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Job Offer
- Salary of 50,000- 55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Bonus scheme included.
- Permanent position based in Birmingham.
