Description

• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Monitor credit limits and assess credit risks for new and existing customers.
• Communicate with internal departments to address account-related queries.
• Prepare regular reports on credit control performance for management review.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc financial tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding financial transactions.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Experience in credit control or a similar role within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Familiarity with financial systems and processes in the Technology & Telecoms sector.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• An understanding of credit risk assessment and account reconciliation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring timely collections.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay rate of approximately £15.30-£18.70, depending on experience.
