Description
Data Controls & Analytics Manager
- Design, build, and enhance reporting and automation solutions using Alteryx and Power BI.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and drive better decision-making.
- Support the implementation and ongoing adherence to BCBS 239 principles.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and control frameworks.
- Ensure critical reporting solutions are appropriately governed, documented, and controlled.
- Analyse end-to-end data flows and recommend process improvements.
- Drive best practice across data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on data-related risks, controls, and reporting requirements.
Profile
Data Controls & Analytics Manager
A successful Data Controls & Analytics Manager should have:
- Strong hands-on capability with Alteryx
- Advanced Power BI development and reporting skills
- Good knowledge of BCBS 239 and data governance frameworks
- A background within Financial Services, Banking, or another regulated environment
- Strong understanding of data controls, risk management, and reporting governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical data and reporting solutions
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem-solving
- The ability to understand end-to-end data flows and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and stronger controls.
Job Offer
Data Controls & Analytics Manager
- £65,000 - £85,000 base salary
