Digital Growth & Innovation Manager
This role leads the development and validation of new digital business opportunities, combining customer insight, market analysis, and experimentation to shape scalable growth ideas. It works cross-functionally to test concepts, build business cases, and guide investment decisions on future digital ventures.

- Lead end-to-end exploration of new digital business opportunities
- Define hypotheses, roadmaps, and validation plans
- Develop and test early-stage concepts
- Use customer insight and data to refine solutions
- Conduct market, competitor, and commercial analysis
- Build business cases and investment recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Present clear findings and strategic direction to senior leaders
- Support handover of validated concepts for scaling
- Continuously improve innovation frameworks and processes
Profile
- Experience in digital innovation, growth, or new business creation
- Strong background in customer insight and validation methodologies
- Comfortable developing and testing MVPs and early-stage concepts
- Commercially minded with experience building business cases
- Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Skilled in navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Passion for digital, technology, and future-focused innovation
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud)
