Description
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters to managers and employees.
- Handle complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Support HR initiatives and projects related to employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports with recommendations for resolution.
- Deliver training and coaching to managers on employee relations best practices.
- Monitor and analyse employee relations trends to identify areas for improvement.
Profile
A successful ER Specialist should have:
