Description
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.
- Manage system updates, patches and routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure data security and backup protocols are consistently followed.
- Assist in the configuration and installation of hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of system changes and user support requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements and provide solutions.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and system improvements.
Profile
A successful IS Systems Administrator should have:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with system updates, maintenance and data security practices.

Job Offer
- Hourly pay £14.21 per hour plus Holiday pay,
