IT Support Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations within the not-for-profit sector. This temporary role, based 5 days on site in Birmingham city centre.

Description
- Provide first-line IT support to new users for a non for profit organisation
- To be the first point of call to new members joining the organisation
- To assist on face to face on boarding
- Monitor and respond to support tickets, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support activities and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
- Full training given
Profile
A successful IT Support professional should have:
- Proven experience in providing first line face to face IT support in a professional environment.
- Good presentation skills
- Proficiency in using and supporting commonly used operating systems and applications.
- An ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Job Offer
