IT field installation engineer - London

A successful IT Field Installation Engineer should have:

• Previous IT field engineering experience or a client facing 2nd line support engineering background.
• Experience providing Face to Face / Remote IT support.
• An academic qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• A good understanding of network infrastructure and IT Hardware / systems installations.
• A full clean drivers License is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve hardware and system issues.
• Excellent communication skills to train staff members.
• Interest in keeping updated with the latest technology.
• Experience of using Hand tools for IT installs.
