Interim Procurement Manager
Interim Procurement Manager required to support a major digital transformation programme for a London based not-for-profit organisation. The successful candidate will have strong DDaT, technology and digital procurement experience, with a proven track record of negotiating complex contracts, managing strategic suppliers, and supporting the integration of core systems and platforms.

Description
- Lead procurement activity across a major digital transformation programme, ensuring commercial objectives are aligned with business outcomes.
- Negotiate and manage complex technology contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SoWs), and contract variations.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive supplier performance across key technology and digital partners.
- Support the integration and implementation of core business systems, acting as the commercial lead for procurement activities.
- Deliver end-to-end sourcing exercises, including market engagement, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract award, and mobilisation.
- Provide commercial advice and support to stakeholders across Technology, Transformation, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, value creation, and commercial risk mitigation.
- Support the implementation and adoption of procurement and contract management processes and systems.
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure favourable terms, manage risk, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Monitor contract performance and governance, ensuring suppliers meet agreed service levels and project objectives.
Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:
- Strong experience in Procurement, Commercial, or Contracts Management.
- Proven DDaT, Technology, or IT procurement background.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or system implementation programmes.
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience managing MSAs, SoWs, and contract variations.
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Able to deliver end-to-end procurement activities and drive value.
- CIPS qualified or working towards qualification desirable.
Job Offer
- Daily rate of £500 - £650 dependent on the level of experience and background.
- Temporary position within the public sector / not-for-profit space.
- 4 month contract with potential to extend.
- Opportunity to work in London.
