Description

• Deliver laptop windows 10 to 11 upgrades to 400 users
• Asset management
• Offer Excellent customer service to all users
• Work with the team to deliver to target
• Problem shoot where required.

Profile

• Experience in delivering 1st line support
• Degree level IT Qualification desired
• Excellent customer service skills
• Tech savvy
• Experience in delivering upgrades
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be available for an immediate start
