They are looking to a hire their first Lead Product Designer to help shape the user experience for next-gen web apps and help transform legacy on-prem systems to modern web based portals. Description
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from research to implementation
- Discover and Define
- User Flows and Task Mapping
- Low fidelity Wireframing, Interactive prototyping, Concept Useability Testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and business goals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Identify and address design challenges with creative and practical solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process
Profile
Must haves:
- Experience with modern web apps and transforming legacy systems
- Experience in designing data-rich, complex enterprise workflows
- Worked on data heavy applications
- Strong user-centered design, research & usability testing
- Strong collaboration skills
- Figma / XD / Sketch
Nice to haves:
- React
- Worked on SaaS products
- Background in retail on FMCG
