Description

  • Develop and implement marketing automation solutions using Marketing Cloud tools.
  • Provide first line support to the business for open issues and be the first point of contact to third party support teams.
  • Co-ordinate with 3rd parties
  • Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements.
  • Provide technical support for marketing automation activities.
  • Document processes and results for future reference and assessment.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Comply with all company and industry regulations and protocols.

Profile

Must haves:

  • Certified Marketing Cloud Developer / Admin
  • Financial Force
  • Salesforce integrations with MuleSoft for example

successful Marketing Cloud Developer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Cloud tools and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry and its technological needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
