PMO Administrator (Temp) - REMOTE

Our client is looking for a PMO Administrator to support their Programme Director

Description

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the PMO, ensuring effective project governance, documentation, and reporting.

  • Maintain and update PMO documentation, templates, and project files.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.

  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of PMO reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior leadership.

  • Coordinate PMO meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.

  • Maintain project and portfolio management tools

  • Help onboard new project staff with PMO standards and tools.

  • Support audits and compliance checks related to project documentation and governance.

Profile

  • Proven experience in a project support, PMO, or administrative role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) is an advantage.

  • Experience with project management software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
