- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of incentive management and eCommerce products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.
- Prioritise and manage product backlogs to align with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product progress.
- Support sales and marketing teams with product-related insights and training.
Profile
A successful Product Owner should have:
- Proven expertise/or understanding of incentive management and eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams to align product goals.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
