Description
- Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.
- Train and support users to maximise system utilisation.
- Document system configurations, processes and changes effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with ERP software updates and best practices.
Profile
A successful Senior ERP Application Analyst should have:
- Strong expertise in Infor System21 ERP system
- IBM iSeries background
- SQL skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Experience in analysing and translating business needs into system solutions.
- Solid understanding of data integrity and system optimisation.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Ability to document and manage system configurations and updates.
Job Offer
- Permanent position in the FMCG industry based in Wrexham.
- remote based role / ideally Northwest based
- Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
