The Supply Chain Systems Manager will to lead the optimization, governance, and best-practice use of our supply chain software landscape. This role will ensure our systems fully support planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes while driving continuous improvement, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment.

Description

The role of Supply Chain Systems Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage and optimise supply chain systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of supply chain software solutions.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation.
• Provide training and support to team members on system usage.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key partners.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Systems Manager should have:

• Proven experience in supply chain or procurement within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain systems and software.
• Experience of working off and improving MD365 would be beneficial
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulations in procurement and supply chain.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
