Profile
The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology will have:
- Recent, consistent (last 5 years) experience in recruiting for technology roles within Financial Services, preference is for Investment or Corporate Banking in London and a strong understanding of recruiting within a highly regulated Financial Services environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires.
