Technical support Engineer - Part time

Seeking a Technical Support Team Member in the FMCG industry, located in Camberley. This role involves providing technology support and helping to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure.

Description

• Provide first line support for IT-related queries and issues
• Assist in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure
• Work collaboratively with the technology team to troubleshoot problems
• Help in the implementation of new systems and technologies
• Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure all IT policies and procedures are adhered to
• Support the training of staff on new technologies
• Contribute to IT projects within the organisation

Profile

A successful Technical Support Team Member should have:

• Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work well in a team
• A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative

Job Offer

• A day rate of £120 - £140 per day- Part time work. 3 x days per week, 4 hours per day
• The opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment

Hybrid working has been agreed , you will be needed in the office 1 x day per week.

The office is located in Camberley, surrey!
