Description
- Provide technical support for the iTrent HR and payroll system, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
- Develop custom solutions within the iTrent application to meet organisational needs.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather and analyse system requirements.
- Perform system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain optimal performance.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the iTrent application.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective resolutions.
- Work closely with vendors and external partners to enhance system functionality.
Profile
Must haves:
- iTrent experience
- Troubleshooting
- Back end coding in iTrent
- Debug and fix problems in iTrent
Nice to haves:
- Public Sector or Charity experience
