Analytics Manager
Micheldever Group is looking for a commercially driven and strategic Head of Analytics to join our Marketing Leadership Team.
This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering advanced analytics strategies across our retail brand Protyre, wholesale business MTS, and our portfolio of House & Premium tyre brands.
You’ll play a central role in driving data-led decision-making across the business, leveraging AI-driven insights, predictive modelling, customer segmentation, and advanced reporting to improve campaign performance, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a high-performing analytics team
- Building and executing strategic analytics plans aligned to commercial objectives
- Delivering actionable insights across customer, product, and market performance
- Driving predictive modelling and AI analytics initiatives
- Supporting campaign optimisation and customer journey improvements
- Overseeing data governance, reporting accuracy, and GDPR compliance
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Digital, Brand, and Operations teams
- Presenting commercially focused recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a senior analytics or data leadership role
- Strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics & BigQuery
- Experience with AI-driven analytics, predictive modelling & machine learning
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of data governance and GDPR best practices

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) was founded in 1972 as a part-time venture providing car servicing and tyres. Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide, (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2100 employees - company wide. To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing. This is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across 1 central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide.
