Embedded Digital Design Engineer

Overview

We are seeking two experienced Embedded Digital Design Engineers to join our team on a remote 3-month contract. The successful candidates will be responsible for the design and implementation of embedded digital systems, with a particular focus on custom mathematical algorithm development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test embedded digital systems and components.
• Develop, implement, and optimise custom mathematical algorithms for embedded applications.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality system integration.
• Perform verification, validation, and documentation of designs in line with project standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in embedded systems.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in embedded digital design.
• Strong experience developing custom mathematical algorithms.
• Proficiency in C/C++, VHDL, or Verilog.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, DSPs, or FPGA-based systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote working environments.
