Project Co-ordinator

Project Co-ordinator (R&D - Semiconductors) Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:30-16:30; Fri 08:30-14:00 (35.5 hours/week)

Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)Our client is looking for a talented Project Co-ordinator to join a growing R&D team, this is a vital role that will focus on enabling smooth communication, coordination, and project tracking across sites.

You will work closely with project sponsors and managers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and are documented in line with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the development of project plans and schedulesManage the central documentation library and project tracking tools
• Facilitate timely communication between UK and China-based teamsOrganise and minute project meetings, track milestones, and produce reports
• Ensure compliance with internal project procedures and quality standardsOversee IP management (e.g. patents, publications)Act as a superuser for Epicor and manage technical publication recordsEvaluate project progress against timelines and budgets
• Prepare bilingual (English/Mandarin) reports to a high professional standardBuild strong working relationships across teams and departments

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant disciplineProficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• Prior experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role
• Experience in electrical or electronic industriesExcellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detailComfortable working in multicultural environments
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)Experience translating technical documents, especially in the
• semiconductor fieldSelf-motivated and proactiveExcellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude
• Able to work independently and manage shifting priorities
