Senior Administrator Responsibilities:
- Use Sage Intacct to enter sales activity and produce sales orders
 - Set up project plans, successfully scheduling work and managing project timelines
 - Review projects, checking their status and updating stakeholders
 - Generate and send purchase orders
 - Process invoices and handle credit notes, forwarding them to the finance team
 - Manage expenses and reimbursements, and create monthly expense reports
 - Monitor incoming payments and inform the credit control team
 - Calculate commissions and process overtime payments
 - Compile payroll data every month
 - Submit end-of-month invoice updates
 - Coordinate IT deliveries and book courier services
 - Respond to incoming queries from consultants and vendors
 - Maintain the database, ensuring all customer and vendor details are up-to-date
 
Senior Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Strong administration skills, with experience in handling the entire administration function
 - Thrives in a diverse role, happy to undertake general administration tasks, finance administration, and customer service
 - Experience in finance administration and invoice processing would be a distinct advantage
 - Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of various IT systems and familiarity with project management software
 - A basic understanding of networking and hardware concepts would be preferred, but is not essential
 - Excellent organisation skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
 - Superb communication skills, confident speaking to customers, vendors and internal stakeholders
